Due to a agressive competion when it comes to rate. A rather big agency in Brussels wanted to find Portugal designer that fit their workflow.

After some weeks, we ve presented different profiles to the Agency. English Speaking of course, with different levels of experience. I was there to ensure the relation between the designers and the agency, and a “landing” period.

Today, I try to be sure that both sides are happy, we prevent stress from both sides, and try to increase the quality of the relation, every time it s possible.
